Tax Policy
Taxes suck, but here’s the deal.
At wardrobewisp, we believe in keeping things transparent — even when it comes to the boring stuff like taxes.
Who Pays the Tax?
All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the customer’s responsibility, based on the shipping destination.
That means:
-
If your state, country, or region charges sales tax, VAT, GST, import fees, or customs duties — you’ll need to cover that when your order arrives.
-
These fees are not included in your wardrobewisp checkout total.
-
We do not collect, calculate, or pay these taxes on your behalf.
International Orders
For customers outside the U.S.:
-
Your local customs office may charge VAT or import duties before delivery.
-
These fees vary by country and order value — and unfortunately, we can’t estimate them for you.
Refused Deliveries
If you refuse to pay required duties or taxes and your order is returned to us:
-
You’ll be refunded minus the original shipping cost
-
Any return-to-sender fees charged by the courier may also be deducted
