Q: Where do you ship from?
A: We ship from our partnered fulfillment centers based in the US, Asia, and Europe depending on the product type and your location — all to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yep. We ship worldwide . Customs fees may apply depending on your country — we’re not responsible for those, just giving you the heads-up.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Most orders ship within 2–5 business days, and delivery typically takes:

  • USA: 7–12 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days
    Tracking info is emailed once your order ships.

Q: How do I track my order?
A: After your order is processed, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. Didn’t get one? Check spam — or email us at [email protected].


Sizing & Products

Q: Do you offer plus sizes?
A: Yes! Many of our pieces are available up to 4XL and beyond. Check individual product pages for exact sizing info. We believe fashion should fit you, not the other way around.

Q: How do I choose my size?
A: Each product page includes a detailed size chart. If you’re between sizes, we usually suggest sizing up for a comfy fit. Still unsure? DM us or email us — we’re here to help.

Q: What if something I love is sold out?
A: Our styles rotate fast. If it’s gone, it might not come back. Follow us on socials or join our email list for restock alerts.


Payments & Returns

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Apple Pay. All transactions are encrypted and secure.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best! Email us ASAP at [email protected]. Once it’s in transit, we can’t make changes.

Q: What’s your return policy?
A: We offer 30-day returns on eligible items. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Final sale items can’t be returned. Visit our Returns & Exchanges page for full details.

Q: I received the wrong item / my item is damaged — help!
A: We’re so sorry! Please email us with your order number and a photo of the issue — we’ll make it right fast.
